No Returns on Certain Items

• All clothing items and used toys are FINAL SALE. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

• We will not issue refunds or accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or opened.

Defective Product Policy

• If your product arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We will issue a refund or replacement for items that are found to be defective before use.

• To qualify, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect
